(01)

Research

I want to sit down with the client early and go deep - what they want, what they don't want, what "good" even looks like for them. And it doesn't stop there. I treat the whole project as a collaboration, not a handoff at the start and a reveal at the end.

(02)

Design

I like exploring - trying things out, seeing what looks right and what works, what doesn't. But to actually test that, I need something real to look at first, not just an idea. So I get a piece of it built, then use that to figure out the best direction for the whole project.

(03)

Development

This is where it gets fun - what I imagined actually starts to live. And sometimes that means extra fixes and changes along the way, because building the real thing always surfaces what a sketch couldn't.

(04)

Handoff

I don't write documentation by default - only if the client wants it, or if we've agreed on it upfront. That doesn't mean I disappear once it's live, though. If something comes up after, I'm still here.
